The stationary cement mixing equipment adopts a twin-shaft forced mixer, which can mix evenly and efficiently. Driven by IPC, it is easy to operate and has a high degree of automation, and can be used for large-scale infrastructure projects such as highways, bridges, dams, airports, and ports.
Feeder: With 3 (4) aggregate bins with cumulative weighing system.
Conveyor: With belt guard, material can be distributed quickly and stably, with sweeping device.
Mixer: The double-shaft forced mixer is used, which can stir evenly and quickly, and has strong ability.
Control system: computer control, fully automatic operation, 15 years of experience, perfect control program design. And the system doesn’t need a professional to work. It can be operated by people with simple training.
