The simple dry powder mortar production line consists of a primary elevator, a mixing host, a secondary elevator, a control cabinet, a finished product bin and a packaging machine. When working, the materials are sent into the mixing host through the primary elevator, and then sent into the finished product bin by the secondary elevator after mixing, and then packaged by the packaging machine.

1. The mixer must be equipped with leakage protection device to ensure the safety of employees

2. Do not open the cover of the side door when the equipment is running
3. The lower chamber of the spiral hoist is tightly wrapped in a sealed bag at the lower end of the hoist to avoid dust entering and bearing locking
4. If blockage occurs, please dredge it in timely to ensure the smooth production line
5. The feed port of the hoist shall be welded with steel bars to prevent heavy object from entering the screw
6. Do not overload the motor to avoid damage to the motor .
