JS500 twin shaft concrete mixer has different systems to finish the whole production process, like lifting system, mixing system, power system, water system, control system.

1.Worker or using a loader to transport the aggregate into the lifting hopper.

2.The lifting motor drive the hopper up to the top of feeding frame, then the hopper discharging door opens, the aggregate be poured into the mixing drum.

3.The mixing motor drive the twin shafts working, to mix the sand, stone, cement. At the same time, the water be added into the mixing drum through water pump, controlled by time relay.

4.After mixing, the finished concrete be discharged by the pneumatic system/hydraulic system/manual lever.

5.Using the control box to control whole concrete mixer machine.
