Introduction of HZS50 Concrete mixing Plant
The total equipment of HZS concrete batching plant includes aggregate batching machine, dual-shaft forced mixing, conveying system, material weighing system, screw conveyor, cement silo, cement silo, and control. The output of the concrete plant is mainly determined by the mixing host. PLD series concrete weighing batching machine is a kind of equipment for automatic batching on receiving and using mixer. It can automatically complete the batching procedure of 2-6 kinds of materials (secondary concrete) such as sand, stone and cement according to the user’s design.

This series of products adopts electronic weighing, computer control, digital display and wired remote control operation. It has the advantages of accurate weighing, high measurement accuracy, fast speed, powerful calibration function and convenient operation. This series of concrete machines can be combined with corresponding concrete mixers to form a combined concrete mixing plant of various types and specifications.

There are two feeding methods for the concrete batching plant: (1) skip feeding (2) belt conveyor feeding. Hopper feeding is usually used in small concrete batching plants. The HZS25, HZS35 and HZS50 produced by HCCM factory are often fed by hoppers. If the customer needs, it can be switched to the belt conveyor for feeding. Dump hopper feeding has the advantage of lower cost than belt feeding, but the efficiency is lower than belt feeding.
