The configuration of the mixing station in the HCCM HZS series features excellent vibration performance, accurate and stable measurement, high reliability, high performance and maintenance, and high environmental protection. HZS concrete batching plant is an automatic mixing function. The proposed mixing station consists of a combination of two-axis mixers and mixers capable of taking full advantage of the mixers and mixers. The concrete mixing plant of the container will save between half and two thirds of the plot area compared to a conventional belt conveyor. It adopts modular structure and modular unit, which is very convenient for installation and relocation.

The concrete mixing station is composed of systems and structural components such as feeding, storage, batching, emptying and control. The use of concrete mixing stations for the mixing of concentrated cement has several advantages:

(1) Concentrated cement mix facilitates strict control of the concrete mixing ratio, ensures the quality of the concrete, and basically changes the false situation of the components scattered in place;

(2) Concentrated mixing of cement contributes to the use of automated technology, which can greatly improve labor productivity, save labor and reduce costs;

(3) It is not necessary to install the mixing equipment in the construction site, stacks of sand and gravel and store the cement, which saves space and avoids wastage of raw materials.
