QTJ4-25B brick making machine is a newly developed block making machine by our factory. This machine can realize the vibration effect with less power. Using fully automatic rotating cloth, the cloth is uniform and the effect is good. This machine is easy to operate and has high output. When making hollow cut pieces, it has the advantages that large hydraulic equipment does not have.

This machine uses 350 reducer to lift and lower the mold, which greatly improves the service life of the reducer. The vibration adopts the pressure vibration on the bottom, two three-kilowatt vibration machines for the lower vibration, and two 1.5-kilowatt vibration machines for the upper vibration. Performance and product quality are comparable to larger equipment.

Use and structural characteristics
A fully automatic product newly developed by our company, the machine adopts table vibration and pressure head vibration, and the blocks produced are uniform in density, high in strength, and unique in quantification. The machine is controlled by PLC, which realizes automatic board feeding, automatic distribution, automatic brick output, and high production efficiency. It is an ideal equipment for new wall materials.
A multi-purpose machine can produce both load-bearing blocks and non-load-bearing blocks. By changing the mold, it can produce a variety of corresponding internal and external blocks or porous bricks.
The body adopts section steel welded composite structure to ensure the stability or reliability of the machine’s long-term work.
